Return Eligibility

Items eligible for return:

• Unworn, unwashed t-shirts in original condition
• Items with manufacturing defects
• Items damaged during shipping
• Wrong size or color sent (our error)

Items NOT eligible for return:

• Worn or washed items
• Items damaged by customer
• Items returned after 30 days
• Sale or clearance items (when applicable)

Return Process

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@elvioso.com
2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and instructions
4. Ship item back in original packaging
5. Receive refund within 5-10 business days

Return Shipping

• Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or our error
• We recommend tracking for your protection
• Items lost in return shipping are customer’s responsibility

Refund Process

• Refunds processed to original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive returned item
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless our error)
• Bulk order returns may be subject to restocking fees

Defective Items

• We’ll replace defective items at no cost
• We’ll provide prepaid return shipping
• Contact us immediately upon receiving defective item

Bulk Order Returns

• Different terms may apply to orders of 10+ items
• Contact us for specific bulk return policies
• Partial returns from bulk orders may incur restocking fees

Exchanges

• We don’t offer direct exchanges
• Return unwanted item and place new order
• This ensures fastest processing
